As a Kresser Institute ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach trained in the principals of functional medicine, I approach wellness with a perspective that takes into full account the many factors that contribute to good health, including genetics, diet, sleep, exercise, stress management, and environment. I help my clients make lasting behavioral changes so they can reach their health goals.

Whether you’re longing to find more energy by cleaning up your diet and need some support around food choices, or you’ve been trying to establish a consistent exercise regiment or meditation practice but are having a hard time sticking to anything for more than a few days or weeks and need some help understanding how these things can benefit you and where to start - I can help you cut through all the noise in the wellness space to develop a lasting, effective, individualized approach to wellbeing. Perhaps you’re struggling with chronic illness and need support complying with your practitioners prescribed protocol. Or maybe you’re just struggling to find time for yourself and don’t know where to begin prioritizing your health. Wherever you are in your health journey, I will meet you there.

As your coach I will help you:

  • Explore your values

  • Identify your strengths

  • Set attainable long-term and short-term goals

  • Devise an actionable plan to meet those goals with the resources available to you

  • Establish best practices for sustaining positive behavior change

  • Find the wellness you’ve been seeking

Our sessions are designed to empower you to discover your own wisdom, strength and motivation. I’ll help you to create your own solutions, support you without judgment and hold you accountable to your goals.

I offer all potential clients a free 45 minute consultation. This will provide you with an opportunity to learn more about me and the coaching process. After the initial consultation we will discuss a coaching schedule. All sessions are 50-60 minutes in length. Most clients find it helpful to have weekly sessions for at least the first 6-12 weeks before moving to a less frequent meeting schedule. Everyone’s needs are different. We’ll tailor a plan to suit your needs and goals.
